The most common phrase we hear from
our clients is, “why didn’t I get help sooner.” Don’t wait to start planning for
your loved ones needs. The more time
we have to plan, the easier it is to do the planning and if the planning is easier so
is the care giving.

Firm Overview

Helping Clients Learn About Their Legal Options

Price & Price, LLC, is a father and son law firm. Started in 1973 by Carl Price to provide personal injury and business law services, the firm expanded in 1999 to include Carl Price, Jr. It now concentrates on Mature Adult and Elder Law.

Although our legal practice has evolved, we maintain our original commitment to providing clients with the highest level of legal representation possible. This means that we educate clients about their options and recommend the best course of action for their particular circumstances.

Our Philosophy of Legal Practice

We believe in developing strong client relationships. This translates into keeping our clients informed on the wide range of issues that affect their lives and the decisions they have to make. We provide a newsletter and periodic articles that help people stay current with legal changes in the areas of the law that are relevant to them.

In addition to developing strong client relationships, our attorneys are constantly expanding their knowledge of the legal areas in which we practice. We maintain memberships in numerous professional organizations, including:

  • National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys
  • AARP Legal Services Network
  • Elder and Disability Law section of the New Jersey State Bar Association
  • Probate, Trust and Estate Planning Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association
  • Camden County Bar Association Probate and Trust Committee
  • Counsel of Parent Attorneys and Advocates
  • American Trial Lawyers Association
  • Counsel of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPPA)
  • International Dyslexia Association
  • Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorders (CHADD)

Our lawyers have also held leadership positions in Camden County legal organizations, including the Camden County Bar Association and the Elderly, Disability and Social Security Committee of the Camden County Bar Association.

Teaching Clients and the Community About Elder Law and Estate Planning

Our elder law attorneys regularly offer educational events for caregivers, professionals and the larger community. We believe that it is important for people to understand their options as they or those they care for look to the future. Areas such as special needs trusts, probate administration and end of life planning can be complex. Our lawyers are committed to helping both clients and those that care about them acquire the knowledge they need to be informed as they make such important decisions.
